Regional Visual Merchandiser

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the overall appearance of our stores and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand product offerings and promotional campaigns.
• Design and set up attractive displays, window arrangements, and product presentations in accordance with brand guidelines.
• Ensure that all visual merchandising materials, props, and signage are properly maintained and in good condition.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess visual merchandising standards and provide guidance to store teams.
• Train and educate store staff on visual merchandising techniques and best practices.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to continuously improve visual merchandising strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Visual Merchandiser or in a similar role within the jewelry industry.
• Strong artistic and creative abilities with an eye for detail.
• Proficient in using design software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to travel within the region as required.
