Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging sales training sessions for field teams, distributors, and channel partners.
Develop and deliver training modules covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and market strategies.
Adapt training approaches to suit rural and urban market dynamics.
Utilize digital training tools and LMS platforms for blended learning delivery.
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training interventions.
Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and on-ground performance metrics.
Travel extensively across East India (up to 1012 days per month) to deliver in-person training sessions and provide field coaching.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/ Postgraduate with experience in
paints, FMCG, building materials, durables, or telecom
sectors.
Strong understanding of
channel sales models
and market operations in both rural and urban settings.
Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
Familiarity with
digital training tools
and
Learning Management Systems (LMS)
.
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Preferred Attributes:

Certification in training, sales, or related domains.
Experience in designing and implementing blended learning programs.
