Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Trainer – Retail. The Regional Trainer will be responsible for training retail staff, developing training materials, and delivering training sessions to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance. The role involves evaluating training effectiveness, creating reports, and working closely with store managers to identify training needs. The candidate will also ensure adherence to company policies and standards across all training sessions.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail training, with a focus on customer service and sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create and develop effective training materials
• Skills in evaluating training effectiveness and creating reports
• Proficiency in adhering to company policies and standards during training
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility to travel as required within the region
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
