Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Training Program Development

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
  • Design and develop training modules, materials, and assessments aligned with business and sales goals.

2. Hiring & Onboarding

  • Support hiring by assessing and selecting suitable retail sales candidates.
    Facilitate structured onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into the training program.

3. Training Delivery & Evaluation

  • Deliver engaging training on product knowledge, manufacturing processes, and sales techniques.
  • Conduct pre- and post-training assessments, tollgate evaluations, and certifications.

4. OJT & Performance Management

  • Support on-the-job training post-certification.
  • Track KPIs, monitor performance, and coach low-performing employees.
  • Partner with central teams to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a retail sales trainer or in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, products, and retail sales strategies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage the end-to-end training cycle and multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel across regional retail locations.
  • Self-driven with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
