Regional Supply Manager

You will play a crucial role in managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely project deliveries. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities and qualifications: **Role Overview:** As part of your role, you will be responsible for understanding the scope and specification of non-tender items, validating them with rate analysis, and supporting quotations and invoices. You will need to ensure that orders are awarded within the specified timeframe and track deliveries to guarantee timely product and service delivery. Additionally, you will be required to manage vendor relationships, analyze data for performance bottlenecks, and implement corrective solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Validate scope & specification of non-tender items - Support quotation and invoice processes - Track and ensure timely deliveries of products and services - Manage vendor relationships and performance - Visit vendor locations to understand processes - Update project trackers & summaries - Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks and implement corrective solutions - Collaborate with internal functions on key initiatives **Qualifications Required:** - Management/Construction management/BE (Civil) degree, preferably from a Tier I/Tier II Institute - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience - Experience in handling multiple vendors across regions - Familiarity with vendor evaluation and onboarding processes - Strong communication skills for interaction with multiple vendors - Knowledge of product and service costing in various areas - Understanding of General contracting, Design build, value-based projects - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis Please note that the above qualifications and responsibilities are essential for excelling in this role.
