Job Description

As a member of the Treebo team, your role will involve strategizing, launching, and scaling up the supply of hotels in the assigned regions and cities. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing market entry strategy and planning property launches across cities in the cluster. - Identifying areas of good demand in the region and developing relevant supply for growth. - Close end-to-end franchisee deals with hotel partners, from building the funnel to negotiating final deals at competitive rates. - Taking complete responsibility and ownership of the launch targets for the cluster. - Building the brand by creating and executing local marketing strategies to encourage user adoption and brand penetration. Qualifications required: - Understanding of Commercial Real Estate business with prior experience in deal closures at hospitality consulting organizations or real estate companies. - Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. - 3-6 years of experience in the relevant industry preferred. - Good presentation and communication skills. - Strong excel/Google Sheets and number crunching skills for number-driven negotiations. - Proven negotiation skills with a track record of seeking, creating, negotiating, and closing deals. - Data-driven approach to pitching and supply building. - Energetic, self-starter, agile, and flexible. - Comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment. - Willingness to travel extensively to regions across the country.
