Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage a team of Relationship Officers (ROs) to achieve sales targets for Current Account, Savings Account, and other liability products.
Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficient management of resources and customer service delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to increase retention rates among existing customers through cross-selling of bank's products.
Identify new business opportunities by visiting potential clients and building relationships with local communities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

8-13 years of experience in Retail Liabilities, Retail Branch Banking, or related fields.
Proven track record in managing teams and achieving sales targets for Current Account, Savings Account, or similar products.
Strong understanding of CASA sales principles and practices; ability to develop effective sales strategies for this product line.
Excellent communication skills; ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
