Regional Sales Officer

As an expert in sales/business development manager, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing plans to acquire new B2B clients. Your focus will be on lead generation, nurturing, and conversion. Building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients will be a key part of your role, serving as their primary point of contact. Conducting client meetings and presentations to showcase services and ensuring successful deal closures will also be within your responsibilities. Collaboration with internal teams to align on client needs and deliver customized solutions is crucial. It is essential to maintain a deep understanding of the market and competitors to position the company effectively. Meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction are expected outcomes. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the service industry. Exceptional communication and extraordinary convincing skills are necessary to influence high-stake decision-makers. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals is required. You should be able to work in a hybrid environment, including on-site client visits when necessary. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a mature and professional approach, are essential. Proficiency in sales tools and CRM systems is considered a plus.
