Job Description

As the Regional Sales Head in the broking industry, your role will involve driving business growth and sales performance in the assigned region. Your responsibilities will include: - Achieving regional revenue targets across various financial products such as Equity, Derivatives, Commodities, Mutual Funds, and other third-party products. You will be required to track, analyze, and drive daily/monthly sales performance metrics to ensure profitability through pricing strategy, product mix, and client segmentation. - Building, managing, and mentoring a high-performance sales team comprising Area Managers, Relationship Managers, and Sales Executives. Setting clear goals, monitoring KPIs, and fostering a culture of high performance, ownership, and accountability will be crucial. - Devising and implementing client acquisition strategies to target retail and HNI clients. Focus on increasing Assets Under Management (AUM) and active client base while ensuring high client satisfaction through effective relationship management to reduce attrition. - Onboarding and activating sub-brokers, channel partners, and franchisees. Enhancing channel partner productivity through support, incentives, and training to ensure consistent business contribution from all partners. - Ensuring adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance policies by your team and partners. Monitoring client transactions, reporting, and supporting audits and regulatory inspections as necessary to mitigate operational risks. - Conducting market analysis to identify opportunities and competitive threats. Collaborating with marketing and product teams to drive region-specific campaigns, representing the region in leadership meetings, and contributing to strategic planning. - Providing timely reports on sales performance, pipeline updates, and forecasts using CRM tools for tracking activities, lead status, and closure ratios.
