Regional Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for high-purity systems. Water systems as well as Process equipment
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across target industries (pharma, biotech, healthcare, electronics, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, engineering firms, consultants, and channel partners.
• Conduct technical presentations and solution proposals, working closely with application and engineering teams.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior leadership.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business strategy.
• Collaborate with project execution, service, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Engineering in Chemical/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical.
• 7+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in high-purity systems, industrial water treatment, Bio process equipment or a closely related field.
• Deep understanding of water treatment technologies (e.g., RO, EDI, UF, distillation, pretreatment systems).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region (up to 50%).
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (USP, EP, cGMP, etc.).
• Experience working with pharma/biotech clients.
• CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce).
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
