Job Summary

Experience Required

4–5 years of experience in Aluminium Formwork industry (mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities in the Aluminium Formwork segment. Conduct

  4–5 client meetings per day

  including site visits, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Manage the entire sales cycle – lead generation, requirement understanding, technical discussion, proposal submission, pricing negotiation, and deal closure.
• Build strong relationships with developers, contractors, builders, and project management teams. Prepare BOQs, quotations, and commercial proposals with accuracy and clarity.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, engineering, production, dispatch) for timely delivery and project support.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and new project developments within the region.
• Maintain proper sales reporting, pipeline updates, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets. Ensure excellent customer service and long-term client retention.

Key Requirements

• Mandatory experience in Aluminium Formwork sales (4–5 years).

• Strong understanding of formwork systems, construction processes, and technical drawings. Ability to independently manage fieldwork, client meetings, and sales closures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong network with builders, real estate developers, and contractors (preferred). Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable travelling extensively.
• Good command of MS Office and CRM tools.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Construction / Business.
