Regional Sales Manager- South

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing sales revenue and meeting or exceeding corporate-set goals through all possible channels (General Trade/Modern Trade/Ecommerce/Whole sale/Bulk sales etc.) across entire South India. Your key responsibilities will include: - Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals - Overseeing sales and special promotions in the region - Overseeing product and supply ordering and shipment in accordance with regional needs - Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term - Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements Qualifications Required: - Graduate with 12+ years of sales experience - Four+ years in a Managerial role - Strong communications skills in local languages such as Tamil, Telugu, English & Hindi - Knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically PowerPoint and Excel - Excellent analytical skills and creative problem-solving skills - Excellent customer service The company offers benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and life insurance.
