Xolopak India Ltd is a pioneering company in manufacturing bio-degradable disposable products in India. We specialize in producing wooden cutlery and ice-cream sticks and spoons that are eco-friendly along with paper napkins & paper-based bakery disposable products. Our prestigious customers include some of the largest brands in the food and ice-cream industry.

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager South to lead our sales efforts in the Southern India region. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, strong customer relationships and a proven track record in selling. We are looking for someone who is proactive with strong decision making, maturity in handling senior level business relations tactfully, persuasion, leadership and strong communication skill. He / She should command excellent negotiation skills to price our products accurately and demonstrate how our products are better, interest the client in purchasing products, negotiate a price and complete the sale. The incumbent should be able to handle pressure with maturity and be able to carry large targets and manage profit center for a larger territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Regional Sales Growth: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to achieve revenue and volume targets across Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Kerala.
  • Strategize annual, quarterly business plan across business segments and drive sales through the relevant sales teams.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Zonal & Area Sales Managers, Sales Executives; set clear performance expectations and drive accountability.
  • Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brand owners, procurement heads and converters.
  • Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, including emerging sectors and geographies within the region.
  • Customer Solutions: Collaborate with technical, R&D and operations teams to offer customized packaging solutions based on client needs.
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Monitor regional sales metrics, prepare forecasts and present reports to senior management.
  • Competition Tracking: Stay updated on competitor activities, pricing strategies and market trends to remain ahead in the market.
  • Compliance & Collections: Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing approvals and credit control procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA in sales and marketing
  • 14-18 years of sales with at least 35 years in a regional management role.
  • Strong understanding of Southern Indias industrial and commercial markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively across the southern states.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.

Preferred Experience:

  • Channel sales, institutional sales, packaging experience would be preferred.
  • Exposure to sustainable or innovative packaging solutions.
