Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for driving regional sales by actively generating leads and closing deals. You will meet with architects, interior designers, builders, and channel partners to promote our automation solutions. It will be your duty to maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in the home/building design ecosystem, understand client needs, and recommend suitable automation solutions such as lighting, security, and climate control. Additionally, you will be following up on leads, preparing quotations, negotiating deals, and reporting sales activity and market insights to the management team. Qualifications required for this role include proven sales experience (23 years preferred), a strong network with architects, designers, or builders, excellent communication and negotiation skills, a self-motivated, energetic, and confident personality, willingness to travel for client/site meetings, and comfort working remotely and reporting digitally. Ideal backgrounds for applicants include relevant experience and strong industry connections, even if they are not from an automation background. Professionals from industries such as Plywood / Laminates / Veneers, Lighting / LED / Electrical Fittings, Sanitaryware / Bathroom Fittings, Modular Kitchen / Furniture, Paints / Tiles / Marble, Security Systems / CCTV, HVAC or Building Technology, and Luxury Real Estate Sales are highly encouraged to apply.
