Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager at NMTG, you will play a crucial role in managing business from different regions through Plants, OEMs, Consultants, EPC, and Dealers. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding the target markets and preparing market strategies to tap clients effectively. - Forecasting industry-wise and client-wise business potential and creating a roadmap for the same. - Generating business through contacts and networking. - Obtaining product or make approval from targeted Customers & EPC. - Strategically planning and achieving the sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. - Appointing Dealers as planned for entry and servicing of plants. - Resolving customer issues related to sales and service in a timely manner. - Organizing technical seminars in coordination with the HO Team. - Ensuring strong adherence to MIS & Reporting systems. Required Skills: - Strong Techno Commercial Experience. - Willingness to travel a minimum of 15 days per month within or outside the HQ town. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong Networking and Liaisoning Skills. - High degree of self-motivation and ambition. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desired Skills: - Experience in project acquisition, working with Liaisoning agents, and Dealers. - Proficiency in working with industries like Cement, Power Plant, Steel Plant, and Material Handling OEMs. Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering (MBA would be an added advantage). Relevant Experience: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the relevant field. CTC per annum: 10-15 LPA Amount of Traveling: Minimum 15 days/month Preferred Domain: Technical Sales (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description),
