Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive regional sales strategies for paper products to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify, acquire, and manage key accounts while building long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, printers, publishers, and corporate buyers in the assigned region.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the regional sales team to meet individual and team targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities, regional market trends, pricing, and customer demand to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare regular regional sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for senior management.
  • Represent Siddharth Carbochem Products at regional exhibitions, trade shows, and industry forums.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors/Master’s degree in Commerce/Management; MBA in Marketing preferred.
  • 7–12 years of proven sales experience in the

    paper industry

    , with at least 3–5 years in a regional or team management role.
  • Strong network with paper distributors, dealers, printers, and institutional buyers in the region.
  • Solid understanding of different paper grades, specifications, and industry applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a team-driven approach.
