Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales and distribution in supplement stores, gyms, and fitness product stores

2. Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors and key channel partners

3. Develop region-wise sales strategies and achieve volume & value targets

4. Build strong relationships with gym chains, trainers, and nutrition influencers

5. Lead, coach, and monitor the regional sales team

6. Track market trends, competition, and consumer preferences

Candidate Profile:

1. 10-15 years of experience in peanut butter, protein, nutrition, or health food categories

2. Proven exposure to supplement, gym, and fitness retail channels

3. Strong distributor management and negotiation skills

4. Willingness to travel across their respective territories.
