Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading the NXT sales team to success. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets. - Managing and providing guidance to a team of BDMs, SDRs/BDRs to help them achieve their sales goals. - Setting sales targets and performance metrics for the team and monitoring performance against these targets. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers and prospects to drive sales opportunities. - Collaborating with marketing, product, and other teams to develop sales strategies aligned with business objectives. - Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. - Implementing sales processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the Sales team. - Providing regular reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline activity to senior management.
