Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales Manager to drive B2B and B2C growth, expand corporate tie-ups, build and lead a sales team, and achieve revenue targets while enhancing brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: ● Drive B2B and B2C sales growth in diagnostics and lab services. ● Build and lead a sales team to achieve business objectives. ● Develop corporate tie-ups and organize health check-up camps. ● Identify new business opportunities and expand client base across clinics, hospitals, and corporates. ● Ensure revenue targets, operational efficiency, and strong brand visibility. ● Maintain relationships with key clients and provide timely market feedback to management. Required Candidate Profile: ● 3–6 years of experience in sales within diagnostics, healthcare, or pharma. ● Strong understanding of lab operations and diagnostic services. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. ● Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. ● Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with fieldwork and client visits.
