About the Role:

Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential

    resellers, dealers, and B2B customers

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of

    institutions, colleges, studios, and enterprise clients

  • Pitch XPPen’s product line and close high-value sales opportunities
  • Travel across North India to generate demand and close partnerships
  • Work closely with the head office on pricing, fulfilment, and reporting
  • Manage and mentor the walk-in sales executive based at our Nehru Place store

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1–3 years of experience in

    B2B or channel sales

    (preferably in tech, electronics, or ed-tech)
  • Comfortable interacting with end customers and conducting road-shows
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, and deal-closing skills
  • Based in Delhi NCR with willingness to travel across North India
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in basic tools like Excel, email, and CRM systems
