Set targets for branches and sales teams in the region.

2. Team Management
Lead and manage a team of sales executives, branch managers, and relationship managers.
Provide training, mentoring, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
3. Business Development
Build relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other partners to generate leads.
Conduct promotional activities and participate in property exhibitions/events.
Explore untapped markets to expand the customer base.
4. Customer Relationship Management
Ensure a smooth customer journey from lead generation to disbursement.
Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with customer service standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Reporting & Coordination
Prepare regular sales reports and performance reviews.
Coordinate with credit, operations, and risk teams for smooth processing and approvals.
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and risk management guidelines.
6. Market & Competitor Analysis
Keep track of competitor products, pricing, and strategies.
Suggest changes or improvements in home loan offerings to stay competitive.
