As a Regional Sales Manager for Home Loan & LAP in Mumbai, your role involves leading and growing the Home Loan & LAP business across the Mumbai region. You will be responsible for building, training, and managing a high-performing sales team. Strengthening and expanding the builder, broker & DSA network for lead generation, collaborating with Banks, NBFCs & HFCs for sourcing and disbursement, driving sales targets, ensuring credit quality, and maintaining regulatory compliance will also be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and grow Home Loan & LAP business across the Mumbai region. - Build, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. - Strengthen and expand the builder, broker & DSA network for lead generation. - Collaborate with Banks, NBFCs & HFCs for sourcing and disbursement. - Drive sales targets, ensure credit quality, and maintain regulatory compliance. Qualifications Required: - Currently working in the Home Loan / Housing Finance industry. - Based in Mumbai. - Minimum 6 years of total experience, including 3+ years of team handling. - Strong experience in builder & broker channel management, DSA network, and HL/LAP disbursement.
