Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Mumbai. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing and growing the sales pipeline, and building and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also involves market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing market feedback to improve product offerings and conducting regular sales performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Min 5-7 yrs of proven best in industry experience required.
• Proven experience in sales strategy and business development
• Excellent customer relationship management skills
• Strong market analysis and opportunity identification abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience in the EV or renewable energy sector is a plus
