Job Description

Help the team to achieve sales budget and ensure incentives for them.

  • Make sure the team is focused on sales of correct brands which ensures product

incentives and also profitability to the company.

  • Develop individuals of team for next level promotion and career growth in

organizational

  • Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
  • Monitor and analyse performance of team and work on improvements
  • Develop relation with major KOLs and KBLs of the region and bring them in

company fold

  • Identify new business leads and potential customers and start developing new

business opportunities with team involvement.

  • Develop healthy relation with other business partner like Stuckists, Chemists and

Purchase Heads.

  • Ensure continuous growth of sales month on month and increase of PCPM
  • Do adequate research for opening of new HQs and expansion of business for the

company

  • Driving team to achieve maximum secondary sales and proper inventory at

stockiest level so that healthy sales can be maintained.
