About Us

Podeyes is an innovative laundry pods brand making washing clothes easier, faster, and more effective. We are expanding our offline presence across India and are looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team and build a strong distributor network.

Key Responsibilities

• Appoint and manage distributors in the assigned region.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase product visibility and availability.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
• Train and guide sales executives (if applicable) in your region.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in FMCG sales/distribution (detergent, household, or related categories preferred).
• Strong distributor appointment and management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to travel within the region.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and ready to take ownership.
