We are expanding our offline presence across India and are looking for a motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team and build a strong distributor network. Key Responsibilities Appoint and manage distributors in the assigned region. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and execute strategies to increase product visibility and availability. Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead. Train and guide sales executives (if applicable) in your region. Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors. Requirements Proven experience in FMCG sales/distribution (detergent, household, or related categories preferred). Strong distributor appointment and management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Ability to travel within the region. Self-driven, target-oriented, and ready to take ownership.
