Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle retail/ modern trade/ sales in Bengal/ Eastern India
  2. Contribute to develop strategy to introduce our brands in new markets
  3. Contribute to develop strategy to increase sales in existing markets
  4. Track performance of our brands compared to other brands in the market
  5. Adapt constantly to the changing requirements of the consumers & the market.
  6. Communicate with the production teams on requirements of sales teams in different regions
  7. Be responsible for sales operations.

Essential Skills:

  1. Significant experience in packed product sales in Bengal/ Eastern India
  2. Need to have entrepreneurial & risk taking ability
  3. Strong knowledge in costing and P&L
  4. Strong managerial & team handling skills
  5. Strong communication & negotiation skills
  6. Must be proficient in Hindi.
