About the Role We are hiring an experienced B2B Sales professional for a leading global organization in the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) industry. The role involves promoting Building Material and Environmental Testing Services , developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships in the Infrastructure and Construction sectors across Mumbai and Jaipur . Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Building Material Testing and Environmental Testing domains. Build and maintain long-term relationships with builders, contractors, consultants, EPC companies, and infrastructure firms . Conduct meetings, technical presentations, and negotiations to close deals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets . Ensure timely payment collections and support post-sales servicing. Revive inactive clients and develop new geographies. Conduct market research, competitor mapping, and client feedback analysis . Coordinate with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution. Desired Candidate Profile: MBA / Graduate (BBA / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech Civil or Mechanical preferred). 5 to 9 years of experience in B2B Sales within the Infrastructure / Construction / Building Material / Testing / TIC industry. Proven industry network and rapport with builders, developers, and contractors . Hands-on experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and key account management . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven , and comfortable with business travel.
