Job Description

  • Handling a team of more than 50

    responsible for the effective functioning of branches
  • Directly responsible

    to deliver sales growth as per the organizations objectives
  • Handling large turnover

    and demonstrating strong commercial skills
  • Providing quality leadership

    for internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding the organizations values at all times
    • Includes constructive problem-solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others
  • Achieving the Region’s revenue and profitability quotas

    for services across all customer segments within the Region
  • Establishing an environment

    and foundation for future sales growth
  • Selling and teaching others

    how to sell value and solutions to customers
  • Directing the selling activities

    within the Region, including resource deployment and customer interactions
  • Prioritizing effectively

    in accordance with corporate objectives
  • Managing the region’s Hospital, Professional Education, EMS, Government, and distribution relationships

    efficiently
  • Leading the Sales Territory Representatives and Specialists

    , including managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring, and career development
  • Responsible for the Region’s forecasting

    and sales tracking
  • Setting the vision for the Region

    and developing and adhering to a business plan to attain this vision
  • Evaluating market trends

    and gathering competitive information to identify trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability
  • Disseminating information

    to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing, and sales operations
  • Empowering decisions within the Region

    , making cross-functional decisions in partnership with peers of other functions

  • Ensure all clinical samples are handled as per legal requirements and protocols set by the organization
  • Appropriately declare any conflicts in competing interests

  • Refrain from engaging in activities outside the scope of the job description that may harm confidence in the laboratory’s competence, impartiality, judgment, or operational integrity
