Regional Sales Manager – Credit Cards

• Drive regional sales growth and revenue for credit card acquisition
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for sourcing and activation
• Recruit, train, and manage regional sales teams and channel partners
• Expand and manage DSA, corporate, and merchant tie-ups
• Monitor team productivity, conversion ratios, and cost efficiency
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, RBI guidelines, and ethical selling
• Coordinate with bank partners, operations, and risk teams
• Analyze market trends, competitor offers, and regional performance
• Review MIS, CRM data, and sales dashboards
• Drive process improvements and regional expansion strategie

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
