Job Description

Recruit, train, coach, mentor, motivate and manage a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Territory Sales Managers(TSMs) focused on Cardio diabetes
Develop strategies to Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the Cardio diabetic product portfolio in Kerala.
Forecast sales, plan budgets, analyse gaps, review performance and take corrective actions
Develop strategic sales plans and identify new business opportunities aligned with Protectols overall business and marketing strategies for cardio & diabetes.
Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with key healthcare professionals, Plan and execute medical educational events (CME, workshops, seminars) for KOL engagement.
Use feedback from KOLs and key accounts to drive brand adoption and product positioning.
Ensure appropriate availability of products via distributors, stockists, and retailers.
Ensure promotion materials are properly utilized and aligned with medical and regulatory guidelines.
Maintain accurate and timely reports: sales volumes, sales value, market share, promotional ROI, customer feedback, prescription audits.
Use data to identify gaps and opportunities in performance, markets, products and Prepare periodic reviews (monthly / quarterly) to senior management.
Ensure all sales and marketing activities adhere to company policies, regulatory requirements, and the industry code of conduct.
