Regional Sales Manager - Automation Division

As the Regional Sales Manager for the Automation Division, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth in the Tamil Nadu and Karnataka regions, with frequent visits to Ranipet, Hosur, and Bangalore areas. Reporting to the Head of Sales, Automation Division, you will be responsible for achieving monthly business targets, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue. Your key responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of 12+ sales engineers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve individual and team goals. You will also focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that align with their requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing sales plans, monitoring performance, and ensuring accurate tracking of sales data. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience in the automation industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Your performance will be evaluated based on metrics such as sales revenue growth, team performance, customer satisfaction ratings, and market share growth.
