Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Mumbai & Delhi

Role Overview

We are looking for experienced and driven Regional Sales Managers to lead our field sales operations in Mumbai and Delhi. This role demands a proactive leader who thrives in client-facing environments, builds strong relationships with CXOs, and drives strategic growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive revenue growth across the assigned region through direct client engagement

Conduct regular field visits to meet with CEOs, CFOs, and other senior decision-makers

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and enterprise clients

Develop region-specific sales strategies and execution plans

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to deliver tailored solutions

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy

Ensure timely reporting, forecasting, and achievement of monthly/quarterly KPIs

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

45 years of ERP Sales, B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a regional leadership role

Proven track record of engaging with CXOs and closing high-value deals

Strong understanding of the Mumbai and/or Delhi business landscape

Experience in SaaS, IT product & services, manufacturing ERP preferred

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Willingness to travel extensively within the region
