Job Description

Hiring for a leading company in Seed Improvement Technology, based out of Hyderabad.

Designation: Regional Sales Lead (South)

Location: Hyderabad

Position Overview:

The Regional Sales Lead will oversee sales operations, cultivate strategic accounts, and strengthen the company's market footprint across South India. This position demands a proactive and performance-oriented professional with exceptional relationship management capabilities and a comprehensive grasp of sales methodologies to drive sustainable business expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Achieve/exceed sales targets via events, client leads, and partnerships.
Align regional sales plans with business goals; identify opportunities to grow market share.
Conduct demos, presentations, and client meetings; support negotiations and closures.

Client Relationship Management

Build and nurture strong client and partner relationships.
Deliver post-sales support, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
Identify client needs, propose tailored solutions, and close deals.

Cross Functional Collaboration

Work with R&D, technical, service, logistics, and operations for seamless execution.
Share client feedback to drive innovation.
Collaborate with marketing to boost brand visibility and sales.

Operational Excellence, Analytics & Documentation

Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
Provide timely reports through daily, weekly, and monthly reviews.
Ensure timely collections and payment compliance.
Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and customer needs
