Regional Sales Head - Liability Sales

As a Circle Head - Liability Sales, your role involves overseeing a group of Cluster Heads and ensuring effective communication between them and the Zonal Head. Your responsibilities include: - Recruitment, training, hand holding, and guiding of the Cluster Head / SM / Sales Executives / SSM to achieve budget and incentives. - Developing strategies to acquire SA/ CA for various segments and deliver quality accounts to build a healthy retail liability book. - Ensuring that all team members maintain expected levels of productivity. - Cross-selling asset and 3rd Party products & forex business. - Reviewing existing products, staying updated on market developments, and informing the vertical head accordingly. - Staying informed about policy changes and educating the sales team. - Assisting the vertical head in product design. - Implementing regulatory requirements as per product norms. - Driving Fee business (Forex & Insurance revenue).
