REGIONAL SALES HEAD I

The position available is for a Regional Sales Head based in Agra, UP, India. As a Regional Sales Head, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales of uPVC and System Aluminum category products within a defined geographical area. You will be leading a team to identify and convert business opportunities across Asian Paints Channels and B2B segments. Collaboration with various stakeholders will be essential in order to meet the overall business objectives. Your role will also involve overseeing the visual merchandising of uPVC displays in different stores to enhance brand visibility. Your key responsibilities will include pitching and converting sales opportunities to meet targets, creating site-level indices, and ensuring the conversion of sites. You will also be responsible for engaging dealers to sell the uPVC category, expanding the dealer network, and driving them towards target achievement. Effective coordination with multiple teams will be crucial to meet customer requirements in a timely manner. Furthermore, you will be managing a team of direct sales representatives, working collectively towards achieving the set targets.
