Your role will also involve overseeing the visual merchandising of uPVC displays in different stores to enhance brand visibility. Your key responsibilities will include pitching and converting sales opportunities to meet targets, creating site-level indices, and ensuring the conversion of sites. You will also be responsible for engaging dealers to sell the uPVC category, expanding the dealer network, and driving them towards target achievement. Effective coordination with multiple teams will be crucial to meet customer requirements in a timely manner. Furthermore, you will be managing a team of direct sales representatives, working collectively towards achieving the set targets.
