Sales and promotion of advanced American automation products tailored for Indian industries.
Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
Perform thorough technical and business needs analysis to recommend appropriate products.
Follow up on sales leads and generate new business through telephone, email, and direct solicitation.
Execute direct sales to end customers and provide support to local distributors.
Train distributor sales engineers on company products and selling techniques.
Reside within the assigned marketing area and manage all customer accounts in that region.
Travel extensively within the assigned territory to develop and maintain customer relationships.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, technical forums, and conferences to promote products.
Undergo structured training in strategic selling skills, product knowledge, and periodic travel to the US for technical and sales training.

Prerequisites / Experience:

Proven track record in sales of technical products within any industry.
Strong understanding of computers and mechatronics concepts.
Aggressive, dynamic, and confident personality with excellent communication in English and local languages.
Effective public speaking and presentation skills for small and large groups.
Clear understanding of basic selling processes with an eagerness to master strategic selling.
Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities.
Minimum experience: Relevant proven sales experience in technical or industrial products.
