Regional Sales Consultant

You will be working as a Regional Sales Consultant for Jennifer Taylor Home, a leading manufacturer, designer, and global distributor of premium upholstered home furnishings expanding their presence in India, specifically in Bangalore. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with high-end customers, interior designers, architects, and developers. - Promoting and selling Jennifer Taylor Home's luxury furniture collections to residential and commercial clients. - Providing expert product knowledge and tailored interior design recommendations. - Handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and closing sales transactions. - Conducting follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and secure repeat business. You will also oversee daily showroom operations to ensure a premier customer experience, maintain showroom standards and visual merchandising, organize showroom events, trade shows, and networking opportunities, and build partnerships with architectural firms, design studios, and luxury real estate developers. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, and establishing long-term relationships with prestigious brands and industry influencers. Your qualifications and skills should include a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, or related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury/premium furniture sales, showroom management, or high-end retail, strong industry knowledge in interior design trends, luxury furnishings, and high-net-worth clientele, established networking relationships, proven sales performance track record, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, experience in the luxury market, and adaptability to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. The compensation for a full-time position will range from 6,00,000 to 8,50,000 per annum, based on experience and performance history, with commissions paid quarterly.
