Your role will involve taking care of the complex, behind-the-scenes work, allowing companies to focus on their success strategies. Diversity and belonging are core values that define our global team located in various countries. **Key Responsibilities:** - Immediately available and open to a contract role. - Possess a Bachelor's degree with major coursework in Finance, HR management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. - Strong fluency in English with good communication skills (verbal and written). - Demonstrable experience in problem-solving within cross-functional or matrix teams. - Organized with strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines. - Proficient IT and systems user with the ability to grasp/develop system input needs. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, HR management, Business Administration, or related field. - Strong fluency in English with excellent communication skills. - Demonstrated problem-solving skills within cross-functional teams. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Proficient in IT and systems usage.
