As the Regional Operations Head - North at our company specializing in Facilities Management, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning and growth of operations in the North region. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the profit & loss statement for the region effectively. - Leading a large business portfolio of existing clients within budget constraints. - Ensuring 100% client retention by establishing and nurturing strong relationships with customers, leading to organic revenue growth. - Driving the team towards delivering results by setting an example, ensuring process adherence, and possessing a strong financial acumen. - Preparing and maintaining all necessary documents as per company processes. - Maintaining a strong control over Management Information Systems (MIS). - Planning and strategizing for short, medium, and long-term financial goals. - Coordinating effectively with internal clients to ensure seamless operations. To excel in this role, you should have: - At least 10 years of experience in operations management. - Prior experience in managing large, complex clients with a background in Facilities Management contracts. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to make impactful presentations. - Proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Office and Salesforce. - A knack for meaningfully connecting with customers to drive satisfaction and retention. Qualifications required: - A Graduate or Post Graduate degree. - A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE). - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience: - Prior experience in operations and client management is a must. - Hands-on experience in corporate B2B operations is preferred.
