Regional Mortgage Sales Manager – Field Operation

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire clients for mortgage/home loan products through field visits and referrals
• Build and manage relationships with HNI clients, insurance holders, and wealth customers
• Collaborate with internal teams for loan documentation and processing
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch-level growth
• Conduct financial consultations, client meetings, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory updates

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience: 2–5 years in mortgage, insurance, wealth management, or financial services
• Industry Preference: BFSI sector (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance)
• Profile Type: Field Sales – must be comfortable with client visits and outdoor sales activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
