Job Description

As a Retail Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, footfalls, and sales through below-the-line (BTL) and local store marketing (LSM) efforts. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collaborating with the AGM-Activation & LSM to execute BTL and LSM strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving footfalls, and boosting sales. - Developing localized marketing plans for specific store catchments, including store-level offers and partnerships to enhance sales and brand engagement. - Identifying and utilizing community touchpoints such as residential areas, corporate offices/parks, educational institutions, and clubs for activation, promotion, and branding. - Leveraging mall marketing opportunities to increase visibility and footfalls for store locations in malls and food courts. - Assisting in the implementation of new city and store launch playbooks by coordinating with central marketing and regional teams on various initiatives like PR, influencers, local media planning, and partnerships. - Overseeing brand participation in small and large events, coordinating with vendors and partners for branding material, setups, and promotions, and analyzing performance through KPIs. Your qualifications and experience should include: - Graduation in Management, Marketing, or Communications. - 3-4 years of experience in retail marketing, local store marketing (LSM), or activations within Retail, QSR, or Hospitality industries. Your knowledge and skills should encompass: - Strong understanding of retail/QSR marketing and consumer behavior. - Hands-on experience with events, activations, BTL, and promotions. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills. - Creativity combined with disciplined execution. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with a familiarity with digital marketing as a plus. In addition, you should possess a self-driven attitude, be open to learning and adapting in a dynamic environment, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external agencies/vendors, and be willing to travel both intra-city and inter-city as required.
