Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Manager to drive Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing initiatives across assigned regions. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring various on-ground marketing activities to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation. Key Responsibilities: 1. BTL Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop and execute BTL marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Plan and manage innovative on-ground activations such as leaflet distribution, canopy activations, and targeted engagement activities. Set up a marketing activity calendar to ensure structured and timely execution of campaigns. Establishing regular communication with branches to follow up on marketing materials and ensure the smooth execution of marketing activities. . BTL & Customer Engagement Activities Organize and oversee marketing events, including: Construction Day Events Engaging customers at construction sites. Mandi Activities – Targeting potential customers in agricultural markets. Halla Boll Activities – High-energy promotional campaigns. Canopy Activations – Direct customer engagement setups. Gram Panchayat Activities – Rural outreach and financial literacy campaigns. Co-branding Initiatives – Strategic partnerships for brand expansion. Market Association Tie-ups – Engaging local business communities. Builder Events & Samvaad – Relationship-building with real estate developers. Participation in Property Exhibitions & Melas – Events like CREDAI-MCHI Property Expo. VAN Activities – Mobile marketing initiatives for wider reach. Newspaper Leaflet Insertions – Targeted local advertising. Branch Branding & Compliance Checks – Ensuring adherence to NHB guidelines. Marketing Collateral Management – Coordinating distribution to branches. 3. Customer Promotional Campaigns (CPC) Plan and execute Customer Property Campaigns (CPC) across locations i.e. Chai Pe Charcha, Chai Samvaad Provide end-to-end support to the sales team for seamless execution. 4. Business Networking & Partnerships Explore and establish local tie-ups to increase business sourcing opportunities. Identify and build partnerships with business stakeholders for marketing and lead generation. 5. Awareness & Branding Initiatives Drive brand awareness campaigns in target regions. Evaluate hoarding feasibility in high-potential areas. Recommend local newspaper advertisements for high-impact visibility. 6. Marketing Operations & Compliance Ensure availability of marketing collaterals (leaflets, brochures, banners, etc.) at branches. Maintain MIS reports for tracking activities, co-branded branding, and regional events. Conduct periodic branch branding audits to ensure adherence to corporate branding standards. Coordinating with branches to follow up on the shredding of old rejected loan files. Ensure compliance with NHB (National Housing Bank) guidelines for marketing materials. Key Skills & Requirements: Experience: 5+ years in BTL/ATL marketing, preferably in BFSI, Housing Finance, or Real Estate. Skills: Strong planning, execution, and stakeholder management abilities. Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Travel: Willingness to travel extensively for marketing activations.
