Competitive Intelligence

• Oversee comprehensive research of pricing, quality, brand positioning in trade to implement sales strategies.
  

Sales & Profitability

• Define roadmap for achievement of set targets/value/volumes both for profitability and growth for the Region.
• Create, verify sales plans and forecasts including related pricing assumptions to achieve profitable growth and contribution to region.
• Lead sales growth across region and sustain market leadership efforts (dealer appointment, dealer loyalty and network management).
• Provide input for direction for pricing and commercials.
• Ensure increase in market share where White Cement space identified, drive to maintain or increase market share %.
• Ensure collections on time and full for all customers of region.
• Ensure market visits/route to promote the products, performance evaluation of dealers not doing well.
• Seek approvals from Zonal Head for project sales and for any special pricing & other terms for trade sales, if required, in specific markets.
  

Sales, Profitability and Collections Review

• Review targets vs. actual sales and collection on daily basis and build appropriate action plans for achieving Region targets.
• Monitor space growth in order to improve the reach of JK Cement in the marketplace through timely monitoring & execution of identified initiatives like Cement Express, Stock on Wheels, Rural expansion.
