Regional Manager – South India

Regional Manager is someone who is responsible for managing the complete business of the region. This includes quotations, sales, marketing, installation coordination, payment collection and customer service. Identification of innovative products, technology and ideas within the industry w.r.t the evolving market needs and demands. Upkeep with Competition and leaders in the industry and tapping opportunities.

Sales:

• D.S.R to H.O. without fail
• To have a monthly sales visit plan
• To achieve monthly sales target
• To develop & establish at least 1 Distribution channel partner in each state and multiple dealers in the defined region
• Quarterly review meeting at H.O.

Installations:

• To ensure timely completion of installations
• To keep developing new installers, fabricators

Sales Definition: A sale is considered complete only after receipt of 100% of payment.

• Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Internet usage and data finding
• ERP – accurate data entry
• Technical details
• Compartmentalizing different issues
