Regional Manager - SME MICRO BLSE - About The Role
Regional Manager - SME MICRO BLSE
Job Purpose
Creating a strong and compliant sales culture across the channel to drive acquisitions, profitability, and employee development.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Planning and Tracking

Manage a team of 20 on-roll and 35 off-roll members to achieve goals set by management.

Track daily numbers of the region with the allocated team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications:

Postgraduates with relevant sales experience of 5-6 years (graduates with 8-10 years of experience may also apply).

Work Experience:

Relevant sales experience of 5-6 years (graduates with 5-6 years of experience may also apply) in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments or corporate sales experience.

Prior experience in the Financial Services Industry, specifically in Personal Loans, Business Loans, or loans against/purchase of commercial properties.

Demonstrated success and achievement orientation.

Excellent communication s.

Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.

Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.

Excellent relationship s.

Strong analytical s to drive channel performance and profitability.

High motivational levels and self-starter attitude.

Working knowledge of Excel.
