Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage sales team performance, set targets, and achieve monthly/quarterly goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share through effective distribution network management.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions using agrochemicals & fertilizers products.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands while maintaining high-quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-11 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Agrochemicals & Fertilizers.
  • B.Sc (Agriculture), MS/M.Sc(Science) degree from a recognized university.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively.
