Job Description

As the Regional Sales and Commercial Strategy Lead for deoiled cake (mustard), you will be responsible for driving revenue and margin growth in both domestic feed and export markets. Your primary focus will be on achieving regional volume and revenue targets for oilmeal, while also defining and implementing pricing, margin, distribution, and customer mix strategies. You will play a key role in managing key accounts such as feed mills, bulk buyers, exporters, and distributors. Collaboration with production, logistics, QA, and export teams will be essential to ensure delivery and quality standards are met. In this role, you will need to closely monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and supply variables to make informed commercial decisions that optimize business outcomes. Generating forecasts, tracking performance, and reporting business insights to the leadership team will also be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the designated work location.,
