As a Regional Manager Decorative Sales (East), your role will involve overseeing the sales operations in the region to ensure strategic alignment with organizational goals. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Providing performance reviews and evaluating sales data and trends to make informed decisions. - Developing and executing strategic business plans to drive regional growth. - Monitoring regional sales trends, conducting competition analysis, and retaining market share. - Ensuring consistent premium experience delivery across all regions within the territory. - Spearheading new market entries and high-space expansion targeting prime locations. - Identifying and converting key competition dealers and channels into exclusive partners. - Implementing localized promotion strategies based on overall market objectives. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. - Overseeing regional depot functioning, demand planning, and supply alignment activities. - Monitoring the effectiveness of merchandising programs with external clients such as retailers on a monthly basis. - Actively engaging with key dealers and providing support in local promotional activities. Qualification Required: - Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM from a reputed institute in Retail/Sales. - Work Experience: 10-12 years of progressive experience in leading retail companies/key accounts handling roles.
